You dont have to get all defensive. That right there screams guilty.
Its not about the bannings. I could careless. If they deserve it then its their fault.

However age is a factor because maturity can be directly or indirectly related. For instance on the direct maturity level the first thing you did when you became mod was announced it and you got trashed for it for being immature about it and then decided to delete a bunch of threads. On the indirect maturity level. Just like anything a website is a business in its finest form. You need experience. What experience do you have to be "qualified" as a mod? Have you ever been mod or admin at another site? Have you ever done anything behind the scenes with HTML? There was a thread awhile ago where you banned someone because you did an IP check and only the first two octets matched rather than all four and the wrong person was banned because of it. That shows me right there that you shouldnt have admin powers. Sure it might be a simple mistake, but something that is a whole 12 numbers tops shouldnt be a simple mistake. It shows lack of experience.

The IP address was that it was a mobile IP that a few members shared. I dont know much about IP addresses. That has nothing to do with moderator skill. HTML has nothnig to do with anything either ?

Ok so you admit you dont know about IP addresses but you have access to every users IP address and the ability to use them. If its not tied to moderator ability then why do they have it? We cant do anything with IP's but search them. We aren't using them or anytihng. Mods also have nothing to do with the HTML code. Thats a goob only device. So i dont get what either one of those matter. You're not a mod so i know you can realize it but Mods actually have barely little control over anything at all on this site.

If you cant do anything with them and search them, but dont know how to use them properly or compare them properly then why be a mod? You guys should be collaborating with Goob on the HTML issues, HTML enhancements, and bring new features to the board, removing outdated features that arent used, and improving the code so the site doesnt crash and have issues all the time. For a few months there was an issue with the HTML in the classifieds section. At the top under the post new thread button were the letters qwe that shouldnt have been there. It just recently got fixed in the last month. Someone should have caught that way sooner.

You have to remember that this isn't payed and that he is doing this because he cares about this site and wants to be involved.

Goob isnt around too much. I brought up the idea of doing a classifieds template like CACO and something like that will hopefully be implemented soon. Goob doesnt talk with us on anything like that. Its his forum, he deals with that and us mods just do our best to keep it to a dull roar as far as members are concerned.

You have to remember that this isn't payed and that he is doing this because he cares about this site and wants to be involved.
