I had 3 12w3 (v1) that were "6 months old" on the auction, turns out they were made in 2000, makeing them 4 years old at the time. even though they were old they took the abuse very very very well for old subs, i clipped the crap out of my memphis 1000d on them daily and after almost a year they finally blew. the w6's are even better dispite thier age. if they're not too old and you get ur gains right those JL's they will sound like gold.   the jl's get my vote   also fyi after a while jl started putting rubber trim rings instread of the cardboard ones, rubber=good</p></blockquote><p></p>
