Ive been wanting to upgrade my fronts for a while now. I have a 12w7 and a 1000/1 and I need more highs/ mids. Ive been eyeing the XR's or the D6's. Im working with a mountianeer, so I believe I have stock 5.25's so that is the size I think I will get. Any opinions on both? Also, I was thinking about the 300/2 for the amp. Thanks

Mountaineers have stock 6x8s. I can only speak for the D6s, I happen to like them a lot in my Explorer. I have the D661s, which will fit if you do a little door skin trimming and make an MDF spacer.

ive heard the diamond they are awesome. i am getting some as soon as i find them cheap....or cheaper..
