are you satisfied with the performace of the unit and would you purchase it again? i'm adding a 3 channel amp, components, and a sub and don't really want to change the factory unit at this point for cosmetic reasons.

http://www.jlaudio.com basically it cleans up the factory radio signal and allows for adding on amps and aftermarket goodies, without needing a new HU.

Get a navone loc. Will work 95% as well for 60000% cheaper.

I drive a Dodge, the factory radios are so bad i'm not sure that even the cleansweep will help.

the quality of the radio doesn't matter. The JL will take in any signal and EQ it for you, the only way for it to be beyond the cleensweep's ability would be for a person to deliberately use another eq to throw everything to an extreem.
