JL Audio A4300 or Alpine MRV-F345

I will have a Nakamichi C40z head unit with Focal 4x6 (with seperate tweeters) rated at about 75 watts. I am trying to decide between the JL Audio A4300 or Alpine MRV-F345.

Any thoughts or opinions would be appreciated.

Dont know much about the alpine, but I did look into getting the 4300, but decided to go with the 6450 and I have been very very pleased with it's performance (it's also pretty versatile).
