its been out for a lil wile now and weve had 2 sitn in the shop,

ha yep its a 6 inch woofer, its pretty **** small, but honestly it looks tight as shit,

we havnt gotten to use one yet,

does anybody have experiece with it?

You'll get some good solid mid bass from them. Couple them with a nice set of tweets and perhaps some 3 or 4" speakers for a nice 3 way set-up and you should get some great sound.

Has anyone used them just for subwoofer duty?

I am going to the extreme as far as stealth is concerned, perhaps this is a viable option.

they are small yeah but the mounting depth is pretty large, its almost as deep as the 8 w3,

its the exact same build, it looks realy cool,

i want to c how they do as subs cuz i believe the fs is 40 hz wich is realy freaking high

If you did two of them and eq'd the hell out of it, I don't think it will be that bad.

I am thinking it will leave the user wanting more.

I'd be interested in looking at them after you finish. The depth isn't as big of an issue as the width.

ive heard the 6 inch w3 and in my personal opinion i think the 5 inch k2 power focals sound better. they hit harder and sounded a lot beter. IMO

Let me know how these turn out. I like the idea of a lot of tiny woofers. I'm thinking of 4-6 of these or the ED 7kv.2s

I honestly wasn't a fan of the EU700's...they bottomed out waaaaay too easy for me.

I have the tang bands now and I'm very happy

Yup....four of them in 1 cube sealed with 75RMS going to each.

Indeed...here in about 2 days I will be throwing 600RMS at 4 of them (150 each). I think they are going to be even better.
