HU upgrade would be a good idea, but if its not feasible right now, wait..but the best thing you could do to help out your sub (aside from changing the box to the one i recommended) would be to help it out with some good mids inside the car... it will pull the bass together, and make it sound tighter.  Garunteed.....Check all connections, phasing, etc as well....</blockquote>
