JL 1000/1.. Broken fin :(

So I bought a 1000/1 private party and it was shipped to my door. I was so excited to open the package and as I inspected the 1000/1 i find that the radiator fin on the very top right was snapped off! The ups guys probably dropped it on the corner, and the item was not packaged too well. Anyone know if this part is available to buy separately?

hopefully the reimburse me with a brand new amp... too bad they dont make it in black anymore

if they reimburse you with a new amp...just take the fin off the new one and replace ;D

Good luck with that if the amplifier was packed poorly then they are going to tell you to go after the seller, you can try to fix it with some jb weld or look on eBay for a replacement sink.

i found out that all the slash series amps have the same size end caps... i'm probably going to run the amp like that and keep my eyes open for a cheap 250/1 or something...
