Thinking about selling this unit and going back to stock for the time being.
Bad-
I think the front left speaker channel is blown.
The front of the unit is slightly messed up, and the panel that shows the title, etc on the front when the unit is closed does not work. Also a couple of the buttons on the unit dont work, the open button and another one that i cant remember. These buttons are found on the remote though and work fully through it.
Also, the sound quality just isnt up to par with this unit, which is why im selling. Im not sure if its my speakers or the unit, but it sounds like crap when i listen to dvds/cds, its gotten worse as time has gone by and im tired of it. Might just need a good cleaning though to be honest.
Also there is a crack in the CASE, not the screen, but there is a small crack on the left side of the unit when its opened, doesnt affect anything else though.

Other then those problems it works fully, powers on and the motorized face works 100%.
