Jensen Flipout VM9311?...Is it worth it?

Hey guys I can get a brand new Jensen VM9311 for $198+ tax...what do you guys think?

It will be going in my GF's system. Consists of the following:

Fronts: CDT CL-61's amped.

Rear: Alpine SPR17lp' coaxes,

Subs: 2 Alpine type S's in a 2 cube sealed box

havnt figured out the sub amp yet... nor head unit... but this seems like a killer *** price even if it is jensen...

This isnt a SPL system, nor SQ... and I know the jensen deck isnt all great with SQ...

it's 200$. i had one and it was probably worth 200. wasn't worth the 500 i paid.

^^ Yeah I understand...Im basing this on the price of the unit itself, not the quality of the unit.

if you do get it, do a search, there is a way to bypass the emergency brake by entering a code in the remote

ya i got it, im trying to get the other stuff i need for around 50 bucks from a few people on here, but im waiting on a response.

yeah I would definately be bypassing the unit... still undecided on if I should get it or not... I know its sellin for 250-300 on ebay.. so its a bomb *** price... so the question is...

$200 too much for a JENSEN?.....ahhh im still 50-50

Again this is not a super SQ setup, its pretty much decent stuff.

..Im going to kick myself in the face for spending $200 on a jensen...although playing with the 9411 in the store is pretty amusing...

the screen is great and crisp, but all the eq settings **** and preout voltage blows.. I had to get an add on eq/linedriver just to get decent sound.. and the EQ worked wonders.. I wish i coulda put $$25 on a better quality HU than spending $350 for Jensen and $75 for EQ.. Im tellin u... ur speakers will never sound the same, unless u put an amp and linedriver on it
