well.... i have come across some extra $$$ and have been considering redoing my system
have a few options ahead of me
option#1:
front stage: pg x5.0 on soundstream vga400.2(already have)
rear fill: pair of ed kv 6.5" subs powered with vga800.2(purchase ed subs)
keeping my pg x600.1 powering my tc1000s in a ported enclosure tuned low(28hz)(already have)
with this option i am a litte concerned with overbassing.. but still.. the idea of having my rear deck actually doing something for rear fill rather than the amusement of my passengers
option #2:
front stage: soundstream ref6.5 on vga800.2(buy ref components, already have vga800.2)
rear fill: pg x5.0 in my rear deck with the vga400.2(already have)
sub pair of tc1000; 2cu ft @28hz each...running off of pg x600.1(already have)
i thought this would give me the optimal use of amps without overkilling my budget and time of installation(i really like the sound of the soundstream ref's.. if i get new components, that is what they are going to be, no if, ands, or buts)
or
option #3:
front stage: pg x5.0 powered with the soundstream vga400.2(already have)
rear fill: current -----soundstream pcs5.25 unamplified(already have)
subs: pair of tc1000 ported box 28hz, powered with 1000-1200 watt new amp(undecided as of yet)(new amp purchase)

and finally:
option #4: the "go all out option"
front stage: soundstream ref6.5 powered with vga800.2(buy components, already have amp)
rear fill: pg x5.0 on vga400.2(have both already)
sub: pair tc1000 with updated 1000-1200watt amp(purchase of new amp, already have subs)
