IVA-D105 vs IVA-D310

an EQ, crossovers, time alignment... anything else that comes with bass engine pro. iirc it has a bit better resolution, 4 volt preouts as opposed to the d100 or d105 should have 2v preouts. its a lot of little things.

personally, i'd pay the extra for the 310 simply for the crossovers, eq and time alignment. i couldn't live without time alignment, it just sounds sooooooooo much better once you get that set up right.

I thought the iva-d310 has 2v preouts too?

other than that, the 310 is siick. can't wait till i get mine.

the 310 does have 2v pre-outs.

And it doesn't make a lick of difference what the pre-out is guys. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

The resolution is better, and the screen size is larger with the d310. Those are the 2 most noticeable things.

I"m also in the same boat trying to pick. here's what i've found:

- bass and treble center frequency control

- subwoofer level and phase control

- i personalize for bass engine settings

- CD changer /TV tuner controls

- dual zone mode

signal/noise ratio: 105dB

D105 unique features:

- 6.5" LCD screen

This being said, I'm still looking for a D310

This is an old thread.

Do you plan on using an iPod? Do you have alot of songs? If so, go with the d105 for the iPod full speed controls.

If not, buy the d310. It's screen resolution is reason enough.
