iTunes/iPod question

My old computer shot craps so I bought a new laptop. I loaded iTunes on my new computer and connected my iPod. It knows this isn't the computer it was once associated to. There is a message saying it can only be associated with one computer at a time. In order to associate with my new computer it says it has to erase everything that's currently on the iPod. Anyone know of a way to get the songs off of my iPod and onto my new computer. I really don't want to have to rip all those songs off of cd's again just to get them on my new computer and reload them on my iPod?
