50 says he wont retire like originally stated because it's not his fault the album didnt sell, it's interscopes fault due to poor promotion and leaking his first 5 singles...

which makes some sense and is probably true to a degree, thats probably 50% of the reasoning, the other 50% would be that he sucks anymore...but he never set any parameters of this bet, so i guess hes able to back out of his comments...
