hey i am still at work so you are in better shape than me.

but i like pulling 12+ hour shifts because that means i can get a 40 hour week done in a couple days.

lol.... I consider staying up 24 hours a long day, nothing more. I usually sleep about 10 hours anyway. One day however I climbed a mountain near seattle, went and lifted weights, and then worked an 8 hour shift, and I don't have a desk job... I slept well that night. Day before had only slept 5 hours too!

And I wonder why I am losing my hair...
