Does this make marijuana bad????? What about if you consume it by eating it? I understand most do not do that, but what is really trying to be said?? The plant should not be illegal. It has many other uses other than an intoxicant and if someone wants to "harm themselves" by smoking it, why should they be punished? AND even then, ciggs do have filters, throw a filter on a joint and lets recalculate those studies. Why would a filter be placed on a joint? Well, because it could be legalized and sold in everyday stores with filters on them WITH taxes so the US is making money.... i just do not agree with or see a truth to the other side, being it is bad to the US and its worth spending the billions of dollars to try to rid the US or marijuana.... IT WILL NOT HAPPEN. fill the jails with non violent crimes such as simple possession of marijuana, spend mass amounts of money to try to prevent marijuana from being in the US, and manipulate the uneducated to believe what you believe seems to be what the gov. believes in

there are exceptions. i smoke cigs and have since i was 11 1 to 2 packs a day and i dont get sick or anything

it should be legal, but i smoke cigs like crazy and i dont constantly say how awesome it is that i do that thats what i hate.

because cigs don't get you high. It's like people talking about alcohol all the time, because it alters their state of mind. Cigs don't do that, so of course no one gives two shits

if weed was legal then the gov could tax it and make money from it, instead of spending money to fight it.

and the only people that make a big deal about it are the ones that

a.) dont actually smoke weed and think its what the cool people do and they want to be one of them.

b.) the kids that still get a big kick out of "going against the system"

i have a very addictive personality, i could quit after heavy hydrocodone addiction but cant quit smoking cigs. 98% of all my friends are huge potheads and they cant stop. they actually get withdrawal from not smoking weed. they smoke 15-20 grams a day on average

i never got on anything white. that shit is bad news. and of course this is the cliche... but i can put it down whenever. i went from smoking 3-5 blunts a day to nothing - in a day. that was when i was goin in the army. and i didnt smoke anything the entire time i was in. and now i smoke maybe 2-5 grams a day, but it's high-grade.

i agree but it wouldnt be that simple, there is already a huge weed market.it can be grown anywhere and its not that hard to grow right (dont ask me how i know //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/sneaky.gif.7189749b3a3f769e8815b47e8ae87f88.gif ) if we could easily grow tobacco up north here then we wouldnt be paying 11 dollars a pack. it wouldnt be controllable at this point. people would all just gro their own or continue to buy cheaper from whoever.

it's true that there would be a lot of regulations that would have to take place. However, some money going is better than a lot of money going out. Which is what's happening with the govt spending money on fighting the drug wars
