they tried explaining that to me, but i'm still pissed. and the person who answered the phone for this company... that will remain, nameless yawned in my ear. not a little one. a big loud one that lasted atleast 10 seconds... and then he had the nerve to tell me he was tired.... no shit you're tired you haven't even gotten up and worked today. you've been sitting around all day not getting your fucking vehicle over here.

i wanted to just yell into the phone... but i'm to nice, oh well.
