do these amps normally put out more than 2 times their advertised power?

i have one but i bought it used and don't have the birthsheet. that's an awesome amount of power for its price.

remember that was tested at 14.4v, at the 13.2 or so that your car puts out it isn't going to be quite as much. But I have seen other birth sheets from them that are similar yea.
