i have 1 10 in L5 Kicker solo baric in a super por bass box ported...

and a 1500 watt quantum audio amp.. its a older style L-5 it dual 2 ohm voice coils.. its wired on 4 ohms so it has 750 watts going to it from the amp... it hits 128.7 db..

my buddy had a 10 in immortal audiobahn in a ported box and a ample audio 2200 watt class x amp and he hit 130 even...

the little l-5 surprized me..

it that hitting hard..?.. let me know what yall think

since the sub is dual 2 ohm voice coils and its on 4 ohms right now are they any way that i can put it on 2 ohms? let me know

A Dual 2 Ohm subwoofer cannot be wired to a final 2 Ohm load by itself. It can be wired to 1 Ohm with the coils in parallel and it can be wired to 4 Ohms with the coils in series. No other option is available for your subwoofer by its lonesome.

the stereo shop i let wire it up wired it up with only one side hooked up... how do i fix it

If you have a DVC 2 Ohm subwoofer that is wired to a 4 Ohm load then what makes you think that only one side is hooked up? And by "side" I am assuming that you're meaning only one coil?

they said it was on 4 ohms...

only one side of the red and black are hooked up...

the others are jsut there
