ive been looking for a new source of recones for a while and i really wanted a nomex/honeycomb cone, the only compay i could think of that was using them at the moment was creative sound solutions (CCS) and Peirce audio products (PAP, maker of the WMD woofers) so i emailed mr. Peirce and he told me they could make some recones for the tc3000's easily (i could still use the original baskets as well) it would have a nomex/honeycomb cone with a high roll surround like the one in this picture (here is a 12" cone but its the same material) and it would have a carbon fiber dustcap (unmarked)... just like the one in this picture except it would be blank the rest of the softparts would go as follows... dual 2 ohm 3" coil and two or three medium 10" spiders i can get two of these kits (matching) for $220... is this a good deal
