Is this correct?

Am I correct in assuming that any 1-ohm stable amp is also stable at 1.34 ohms? A friend of mine is buying three DVC 2-ohm subwoofers, and he would like to wire it to 1.34 ohms.

Is it that simple, or is there more to it than meets the eye?
