Is this a good move SE12 To a RL-p12. I have not been to happy with my SE12 it gets loud but I want something with a little more kick or punch or slam what ever you want to call it. I think you know what I mean.

Just want to know what people think.

It will not be much of a difference. What are you looking for? More output? Better accuracy?

I would venture to say the RL-p will get louder, but not enough for the switch to be noticable in the performance/price.

How much power did you have going to the SE?

The RL-p will probably be louder even with the same power. But not by much.

I am looking for Better accuracy and a sub with a little more kick. The SE is loud enough for me just. Maybe I sould try the sealed box.

I only have 500watts going to it. Will the SE give a better kick with more power. I am looking for more Impact from the sub.I want to feel it when it hits.

Yea definately try a properly sized sealed box for that, or you can tune higher...

yea no.

i would say the SE will be louder than the RL-P. the rlp will be better, and the SE will be louder. but i dont think theres going to be much of a difference in the volume of the switch. but you will prolly get into the higher octaves with the rlp.
