u could get 3 sets of Phoenix Gold RSD comps on ebay for that price, I'll take a pair, sinc eu only need one set and have $200 to spend

I ran the CTX components for about 2 weeks now I just have the mids paired up with horns. A very well done set, I love them. I don't think you could be disapointed with them.

DLS make good stuff too, I love their amps.

Those look like a nice set, I have heard some ID components but I am not sure if they were the same model as these and they sound real good. I have Boston SX60's in my truck and JBL components im my minivan. I tried Boston Pro 60's and they had a great sound but it was not enough difference from the SX series to justify the extra money. I say try them and make sure you deaden the doors, I believe mine sound better since I covered my doors.

Wow quick responses...thanks guys. Do you think they would be enough if i have no 6x9s in the rear? My bass pushes up on my 6x9s and makes them pop really loud so im thinking about taking them out and cant buy comps and 6x9s at the same time.....one has to wait till summer!

Quite a few guys on here will tell you to save your money on buying rear fill. I have my factory speakers faded right out and don't miss them a bit.

Most people have no problems with only front stage. I say get some baffles for the rear 6x9's.

I power my CTX mids with 300wrms a piece //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/veryhappy.gif.fec4fed33b4a1279cf10bdd45a039dae.gif but the CXS line is better, they do handle it much nicer and they get louder off 300wrms than the CTX, they a semi-more efficient driver. The XS69 freaking pounds though.

Also you don't need rear speakers, them things are a waste!
