is this a fair trade?

theres a guy here in orlando who has a brand new 18" kove armageddon u2 he said he will trade it for my 2 RF 1500bd's (02 models) both of the amps are in working order, one of them has some pretty bad cosmetic damage but functions just right and the other is flawless...

ive heard but 1 kove setup in my time, and it sounded excellent...guy said this was the top of the line sub...2500 rms i believe...good trade or no?

also it appears the kove site is down, is the u2 an spl sub?

You could sell those 1500BD's and get a better sub than the Kove, more than likely

Just my opinion though

He comes out on top in that situation - I will say that I say this not based on experience but on what I've read, so dont go based off just me lol

thats what i was thinking...i knew kove was half way decent, but not the kind of stuff that i was into per say...plus the 1500bds are fawkin serious amps...they been beat up equally and only the one shows signs yet they still function flawlessly...

but like i said the kove setup i heard awhile back sounded very nice for spl, hitting very nice...but anything can sound good once with the propper setup i guess

but i figured that if it was a hard hitting spl sub, id be into it...hell its 18", not everyone just has a spare 18" laying around (unless you post at caraudio.com haha)
