Is my cone area going to make up for my small enclosure?

I just built 2.2 cube box and i'm pretty sure im going to put 2 fi ssd's in there but alot of people are saying that 1.1 cubes a piece is too small for 10s. This made me wonder if i should get a single 12 setup which im not really sure on doing again (choice would probably be tc-3000) and put it in here instead but then instead of having 157sq.in. of cone area i would only have 113sq.in. SO my question is which would get louder and sound better.

you should be just fine....FI recommends 0.6-1 cf per sub sealed. with a 0.12 displacement per sub that leaves you with just under 1 cube each. Sounds just fine

oooops...you never said whether it was ported or sealed

dang....i just saw your sig....ported box FTL. you are really pushing the low end limit on what Fi recommends for a ported box. I personally would not run those subs in that box. i would either go sealed or go single 12"
