Is Kenwood to much power

I got a Kenwood KAC-X811D and was thinking of getting two Infinity perfect 12's. Is this a good amp sub match up or should i get somethig else like the Type R's?

ive got 2 ip 10.1s ported to 35hz and it sounds great to me. i got my subs for $59 a piece through a friend at cc.

it gets plenty loud but from what ive read the alpine type rs would probably be the better choice.
