Is it worth it to amp these particular speakers?

I am running Rockford Fosgate R1652-S Prime Component Speakers in my van and I need my front stage to be louder to keep up with the bass. The reason I ask about amping them is because they are only 40W RMS. So if I were to get a 40x4 or 25x4 amp would it help alot or do I need to get a component set that will handle more power and get a more powerful amp?

if you amp them they will sound better
