In Pa you are not allowed to have anything block the rear windows of a passenger car. This includes stickers, sub walls, amp racks.

I have had multiple walled cars and had to go through the same process, you need to have rear view mirrors on both sides of the vehicle and you need to have truck tags. I have not had truck tags but have had two rear view mirrors and was able to explain my way through inspection. You cant really get a ticket but some mechanics wnot pass you for inspection.

in ga. it is legal as long as you have both side view mirrors.

i never had problem in NY, i had my s-10 walled out and was pulled over a couple times and never said anything, same with inspection
