Is it OK to scam a scammer???

This is in reference to andy4879. He is a huge scammer , recently tried to scam me as well. I was wondering if it would be frowned upon , or laughed upon if i bought something from him with my old lady's account , claimed damage and got my money back?? He tried to do the same thing to me recently. And before anybody gets all huffy puffy with me , i would never do this to a innocent person. This is pure retaliation to a ******* scamming POS.

i'm still up in the air. There is no money in her paypal at the moment , but i think i will prolly do it when money permits. Dude left me 2 negative feedbacks today. I have NEVER EVER got bad feedback from any of my business deals on ebay or in the forums. Not only did he try to scam me but now he is dragging my name in the mud. So i think once money permits i will give him a taste of his own medicine.

He is everywhere just google andy4879 scammer. He will pop up all over the place. He starts new accounts on ebay , buys stuff , gets his money back , then sells it under his andy4879 name. One of his buying names right now is peachmotorrepair.
