Well you could pick up some unwanted noise from the power wire, but its hard to say. I would do it right the first time and run on opposite sides. I also sent you a PM a little while ago. You keep making new threads so I cant keep up with you on replying.

If you are using very low quality RCAs and you already have a noise/ground loop problem in the car. And/or low quality or broken amps, then running the RCAs near the power wire can make it worse. The Alternator does cause a little AC to bleed into the DC power line.

not true. unshielded rcas 95% will pick up noise.
