It was news to me...first time I ever heard about it.I think the little tag thing they give you on your windshield probably blew out. No idea. Had to pay 20 bucks.Outside of our campus you can't really park anywhere, and one day I got a ticket by the city police, in fact he was standing there as I came back to my car. I kinda knew what was up and just didn't say anything, I appealed because they were working construction on the sidewalk where I parked and claimed that the no parking sign was covered, and never heard about it again.</blockquote>
