hey guys how accurate or at least within a .25 cubic foot ball park is the method of using packing peanuts for measure the total cubic feet of an irregular shape. I'm looking at doing a fiberglass box for my subs but need to find out just howmuch space i have in the trunk wells and stuff. Let me know Thanks

accurate enough that you can't hear a diff Id think.

just dont "pack" the peanuts; just fill it up loosely

you can try water too

yeah but water is obviously a lil harder, plus when trying to find out how close to 3 ft am, i dont think i wanna use that much water

The beanbag "beans" are more accurate because they're smaller and of a uniform shape. Line the area with a garbage bag and the cleanup is easy, too.
