Iraggi Alts?

Needing an alt and came across these:

I have heard of Iraggi before, seems like a good deal. What do you think?

great alts, and while dom can sometimes be hard to get ahold of, he'll always take care of you in the end.

this has always been my experience with him... hell ive even been to his shop a few times

but i also think there are just too many horror stories on Just this site alone for all of them to not be true, not to mentioin all the other forums

dom's a douche bag, took me a year to get my working alt... and a long drama filled thread with quite a few lies on the iraggi side of the story...

Check around with your local alternator/generator shops first. At least one of them is bound to be able to upgrade your stock alternator.

I'd shy away from any mail order alternator. They're **** heavy to be shipping back and fourth should something go wrong.

That said, I sent several emails to Dom a few months back about some brackets and it took nearly a month for a reply. Sure he's busy, but when your too busy and your customer service goes down the crapper whats it worth to you when your sitting there with a smoked alternator?

That's not true!It cost like 15 bucks with insurance to ship it.

As for Dom I have been running my Iraggi for almost 2 years with NO problems.I did have to get a smaller pulley then supplied by Dom but I had no problems getting in contact with him or recieving the alt.I paid and recieved it within a week.Talked to him several times on the phone as well.He is a great guy to talk to and knows what he's talking about.And for those that don't know Dom used to compete before he started building alternators for competitors.
