Normal wear/scratches on the back. One small scratch on screen but functions 100%. Battery life isnt as high as it used to be but is still good for 2-3 hours of playtime before needing recharge. Does not come with charger or headphones.

Excellent condition, only flaw is a toothpick point size divet on screen. Functions 100%. Hardly used, battery life is the same as the day I bought it. Does not come with headphones or charger.

****Edit**** Also, both of these ipods do not charge off your car stereo. Apple changed the way they charge that only allows 5 volt sources (USB, Apple AC adapters, etc.) and no 12 volt sources (firewire and most 3rd party accessories). So, in other words, you have to buy a $17 adapter off amazon that will reduce the voltage coming off your car stereo adapter here it is:
