Cable is in great shape. I only used it for 6 months with my Pioneer 80PRS. But I just bought a P99RS and it doesn't have RCA for Auxiliary. So I have no use for the cable anymore.
What an LOD cable does is bypass your ipod's internal amplifier so you are not double amping the signal with your HU/Amps.
