Brahma's have better SQ than XXX's? You've heard both to tell? Virtually everything Ive read from people with 'trained ears' says they couldn't tell the difference between the drivers as far as sound. Ive heard them both, sounded the same to me too. Maybe being a Brahma owner, you are a bit biased?

The Brahma and XXX, both using XBL^2, have the same BL graph.

edit: You are basing your opinion that the Brahma has better SQ off a graph? Off that graph? *sigh*

No offense, but try some real-world testing. That graph could mean 1000 different things. Go listen to both subs, then come tell us which has better SQ. If you can telll a difference, then you have better ears than me, or just about everyone else Ive talked to.

Both woofers have good sq and SPL.

it is just personal preference which you chose

yep they are too closely matched. all in personal preference. but less people have brahmas and that makes them cooler than the XXX owners. join the dark side lifter.....ha ha ha

You could go with 2 12" Re SE's....those take 600 rms each and i hear they have good sound quality. That would save you a ton of money of the w7s
