I would talk to them first to see what they say cuz normally you need an origianl receipt to go thought rockford. Also did you buy it brand new or used. Im not totally sure how rockford does it but most companies i have had to work with make you go through the origianlly person who you brought it from. (ebay transactions)Or even if it was a big company i would stilly ask them cuz they might be able to do more.later</blockquote>
