the timing doesn't make sense. after you coordinators get hired elsewhere then you fire him? shouldn't san diego be preparing for the draft? who is left available to fill the spot? doesn't make sense at all. this is something millen would do

I just read the whole thing and I dont get it either. I mean you got Cam going to the Dolphins and then another guy to Cleveland and then the running back coach to the offensive corrd! I mean they are really fawked managment wise. They have a good team and I just dont get why they would do this. Very strange indeed.

it's the timing. you can debate firing marty but why wait this long after all the good available coaches get hired?
