The sub in the video is bottoming out like crazy, you can just hear the former/coil tapdancing in the back plate.

They have an xmax of less than 5mm, so even if they aren't bottoming out, they aren't running very linear. Id try them ported if anything. I dont see much clean output happening from those things sealed.

thanx for the input,how much air space you think it shoukld see per sub?? and tune to what??

well guy, after 2 days of playing with one of this crazy 8's it died on me haha. Some of you might now that another member made a box for it at .6cuft @35hz to test it out. well the sub did ok and didnt sound bad at all but it bottom out like crazy even at low volume. I had the subsonic filter on and it did help some but this things kept doing the same thing. I would say that the sub was getting around 300-350 rms when it went out.
