installing system in friends dodge magnum

Ok so i sold a homeboy of mine my old setup,and he wanted me to install it in his 06 Dodge Magnum.See heres the problem,he has a tiny battery under the hood,and a huge battery in the back.It came stock that way,so i never seen anything like that before.If it were you how would you install it?I was thinking of doing the big 3 up under the trunk,and then making the runs from the battery in the back but im not sure if it would work that way.I need help fellas my friend wants me to install it over the weekend.What would yall do?

Do the big 3 like you normally would up front where the alt is. Think of the rear battery as just being an addon like how you would normally just add a battery to the back.

So make the runs from the small battery to the big one in the back,and then to the amps??
