Installing a HU in a 93 Pontiac Grand Am......help!

I am going to be installing a HU in my 93 Grand Am. I have all of the necessary gear, such as dash kit, harnesses, sleeve, antenna adapter, etc. My question is: How do I attach the dash kit to the sleeve, or do I do that at all? I haven't taken apart the dash yet, so I don't know what the situation is back there.

Is it a simple installation, or is it something I should consider paying to have done? Doesn't seem like it should be that hard, but I don't know.

Any help is appreciated. I have installed subs and amps before, but this will be my first head unit. Just don't want to make any stupid (read: noob) mistakes!

If you look at the metal din sleeve, there are numerous tabs that can be bent. Once the din sleeve has been slid into the kit, take a flathead screw driver and bend the tabs down behind the lip of the kit. This will hold the sleeve in the kit and it won't slide out. Than slide the HU into the sleeve, and it should snap into place.
