He comes back a couple hours later after he talked to the other shop to schedule a time for his install and offered to buy me lunch b/c he felt he insulted me by questioning my knowledge and price. I let him buy me lunch and showed him a bit more about the extra precautions I take during my installs to assure him his car is in good hands.</p></blockquote><p></p>
