Do you have speakers in the rear doors or on the rear shelf? You have 6x8s in the front doors and 6.5s in the rear doors or 6x9s in the rear deck. After playing around with oval speakers I have decided I really do not care for them. In any case I would do 5 1/4s on plates on the front doors and 6.5s in either rear option. The Polk MMs are ok as are the Kappas. But I have really liked the Pioneer D series lately for a nice coax at a good price. I would grab these. MB Quart DSC 450 All under your $300 price tag. Plus in the future pick up a 8 or 10" sub and can can put all the speakers on front channels at 2 ohms and the rear bridged at 4ohms and not have to get another amp for a small amount of bass. Honestly the Lanzar MAX subs are pretty nice for a cheap sub in a small sealed box with a not a ton of power. Lanzar MAX8 - 8" Subwoofers - Sonic Electronix Would work well for you and requires less then a .5 cube box. So build a small box buy the sub and you would have a nice little budget system not to much higher then your budget.
