infinity kappa perfect?

A friend of mine has 4 infinity kappa perfect 6.1 6.5" woofers (no tweets), 2 infinity kappa xovers and a kappa perfect 10" sub. All of which work and has only seen power from the head unit. 10" was used with a 300rms mono amp. He is asking 100 for all if it. My question is this a good buy?
