The 6 1/2 are 75w rms 5 1/4 are 55w rms both are 2 ohm speakers, amp is 130w rms @ 2 ohm per channel. Can I give it more than the rated rms, what's the limit I know u can feed subs a little more clean power but what about speakers?

It's the same principal, but the risk increases with smaller speakers. There is more energy in music in the low frequencies than high frequencies, so you will absolutely want to use a conservative high pass filter setting. Speakers are damaged by power by heat built up over time, which can happen with or without clipping.
