Does anyone have any experience with IndoAudio's warranty service? They are a powerselling
eBay company/member. I'm asking because I bought a CD player from them in August of 03' and now (Feb 04') it's defective. I want to send it to them for warranty service.......BUT CAN I TRUST THEM??? I don't want to send it to them unless my HU will GET SENT BACK to me in proper working order. I told them about my HU and they told me that they will have to send it to the manufacture for servicing. Oh yeah they said that it will take 4-6 weeks before I get my HU back. Anyone out there have warranty service comments/complaints about them?
