well i have been trying to get my amp back or money for two months and today i tried getting his distrubitors name or number to contact someone above him. Well he wouldnt give me that info so i contacted a kicker rep and asked if they could give him a call and find out the rma# to see if he ever sent the amp in or not, well he wouldnt even give the kicker rep any info. I said fine no problem called the better business bureau and asked for info on the company indoaudio and i got the adress and the ceo's name jon ramasy and found out that he had no liensce to even be allowed to sell in the costa masa, california. so i then called the police dept in that county since the bbb told me to do so. I spoke to them and they said nothing they can do on their end, and for me to contact code enforcement to ask if he has a liensce to even sell and he doesnt so they are going to check into that and shut him down and fine him or w/e. I also found out the name jon ramasy is fake and the adress is a p.o. box and basically its not even a legit p.o. box even registered to that name or the companys name its just someones else's.
so then my last resort i called paypal and told them wats going on and told them the bbb told me 88 complaints have been opened with indoaudio through bbb and 8 of them nothing happend basically the guy said oh well idc, so paypal knowing all the info i found out and spending the whole day calling and finding out info on the guy and names and wat not all the fake info, even being after the limit of days to open a claim they opened a claim to try to get the money back or the amp a brand new in box amp or the one that was broke with a certified kicker techancian slip or w/e proving it was fixed. so hopefully i will get the money back.

In the process of talking to the guy at indoaudio or basically his own home run business not even an actual business told me to fukk off and i was seing my amp or money and i could contact who ever i wanted so i said fine bbb paypal and my lawyer will be contacted 5 mins after that he pulls everything off ebay he had for sale.

only other step i have is file a small claims court case against him but thats kinda hard with fake name and fake p.o. box and just a phone number and thats it

so just hopefully more and more people will spread the word around indoaudio sucks and i wish i could put this on something like ebay to ruin his reptuation

just like the line he gave me that it takes kicker a long time to repair amps but yet i talked to a kicker rep and said with in 10 days the amps are repaired and sent back out

next time you try to cut corners by thinking the cheapest place will have super service, for god sakes use bbb or even google for that matter. You could find that indo-audio blows ***.
