increasing mpg with performance parts? true?

Realistically, intake/header/exhaust will net you some performance gains, along with improving your MPG. However, you'll gain a lot more if you adjust your driving habits. For example, avoiding driving in the middle of the day when it's hottest out, not using your AC, closing your windows on the highway, not accelerating hard. Those kind of things will net you mad mpg gains.
