imput volts and car computer frying??

I have a 2004 4-door dodge neon sxt, im sending my alt back to dom irragi to get an external regulator so I can jump the voltage from 13.7volts to 15-15.5 volts on burps will this harm my cars computer?? what would be the safe zone for my cars computer??

Only if you go above 15 volts.
