I dont know how "cool" it would look, but you could install a sail j/k

I have found that if you aproach a hill, overpass, grade of any kind. accelerating on a flat even surface before going up the hill results on better milage.

also using cruise control on calm days w/o many hills helps too.

I neglected to mention that accelerationg before a hill is usually better than accelerating while climbing the hill.
